Hello Property Owners!

Hope this finds you all well, we look forward to seeing many of you in just two weeks. This is a friendly reminder to please return your proxy if you have not yet done so, whether or not you will be attending the meetings, as we need to have a quorum to conduct business.

Don't forget to purchase your tickets to Autumn Splendor on the Mountain, a fundraiser benefiting Mrs. Mullen's Closet, an ongoing county-wide project quietly providing students and families in need through requests made by Frankfort and Benzie Central staff members. Enjoy live and silent auctions, dinner, cash bar, 50/50 raffle, Crystal Mountain senior staff musical chairs and much more.

The event will be held in Northwest Territories in the Crystal Center on Saturday, November 2 from 6pm - 11pm.

Tickets are $30.00 until Saturday, October 19
Ticket prices go to $35.00 on Sunday, October 20
Last day to purchase tickets is Monday, October 28
Please note there is limited seating for 180.

Menu:
Appetizers - Fruit tray, cheese tray, and veggies with hummus.
Dinner - Create your own chili cheese dog with all beef hot dogs and award-winning Crystal chili, white chicken chili and vegetarian chili, plus loads of toppings. Also featuring a loaded baked potato bar and market green salad station. End the night with a variety of mini S’more desserts.
