Review of Building Application Procedures
In this document you will be introduced to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), review the building application process, and learn about “Facts & Myths” about the restrictive covenants.
Application to Build or Remodel
In keeping with the Covenants, a written application for all building and/or remodeling must be submitted to the ARC and receive approval prior to the start of construction. A PDF copy of the Application is available here.
Guidelines for Additional Structures
Construction and land use within Association properties is governed by the Covenants which state that exceptions may be allowed with approval by ARC. This document clearly defines the guidelines that will be applied as exceptions are being considered. A PDF copy of these Guidelines is available here.
